New Video: Hot Chelle Rae, 'Tonight Tonight'

Every now and then a pop song comes along that's infectious, but also kind of funny. Cue Nashville pop outfit Hot Chelle Rae. The quartet of rockers from down south (who got their name from "extreme fan" Chelle Rae, demonstrating the guys' sense of humor) just released their video for "Tonight Tonight." The clip is the perfect mix of hilarious backstory and summer shenanigans (rooftop parties FTW!).

We were just singing the praises of Let's Get It's "We Don't Care" as our unofficial summer jam of 2011, but we can save some room for "Tonight Tonight," too. And wouldn't it be great to hear some boys on the radio this year since the last few beach seasons were dominated by Rihanna, Miley Cyrus and Katy Perry? We're not saying "California Gurls" or "Party In The U.S.A." weren't some of the best convertible songs ever, but it's time to show the fellas some love.

But back on that funny tip, look out for "Glee" star Chord Overstreet's cameo in the video. His brother, Nash, is Hot Chelle Rae's guitarist, and it looks like he hooked Chord up with an interesting role in the vid. And by "interesting" we mean "humping a copy machine."
