'StarCraft 2' Sketch Comedy Could Only Come From Korea

Just in case you're somehow unaware, "StarCraft" is big in Korea. No, I mean really big. Look at it this way: if "Saturday Night Live" ran a comedy sketch on next week's episode that featured the Terrans versus Protoss, probably about 2% of the country would have any clue as to what in the hell is going on. But in Korea, where Blizzard's real-time strategy game is practically a national pastime, everyone's pretty much in on the joke.

I have no clue what they're saying, but I enjoyed the sketch you'll see after the jump so much, I would watch an entire show devoted to this – in Korean.

The great thing about comedy is that it exists many times as a type of universal language. If a guy slips on a bunch of marbles and falls face-first into a pie, that's going to get a laugh regardless of what country you call home. "StarCraft," however, well that's a bit of an acquired taste.

The best part of the whole sketch is when the guy starts crab-walking to look like a Protoss – I'm not sure if he's an Immortal or Colossus – and is confronted by a rather hilarious looking Siege Tank, complete with mouth-shot artillery rounds. The Carrier showing up, with the stage hands' yellow gloves swarming around the tank, is just amazing.

I wish I knew the name of the show, but despite my best Google efforts, I can't seem to figure it out. The show appears to air on Korea's KBS2, but doesn't look like the similarly-themed "Gag Concert." Either way, these guys are awesome.
