DNCE’s Kinky New Song Belongs On The 'Fifty Shades Darker' Soundtrack
Break out the whips and chains
Anytime after November 8, 2016, is a weird time to drop an album full of sex party jams, but DNCE are keeping the party going despite everything.
The group released their latest track, "Be Mean," on Friday (November 11). In it, Joe Jonas politely requests that you beat him up. Like, the physical way. The handcuffs and whips and Fifty Shades Darker way.
"Don't forget the whip," he sings. "Heard you got some handcuffs / Throw out the key / I don't need a safe word / You don't gotta save me."
In case he wasn't clear enough the first time, he sings, "If pain's what you like, torture me all night."
"Be Mean" is the last advance track DNCE will release before dropping their full debut album next Friday, November 18.
