It turns out, however, that breakup singer extraordinaire Adele is taking the news harder than most. During a concert at New York's Madison Square Garden Tuesday night (September 20), the "Hello" singer took a moment to address "the elephant in the room."

Captured via TMZ, Adele expressed her melancholy about Brangelina calling it quits, describing it as "the end of an era." She admitted she wasn't a big fan of theirs, but she was "shocked" when she heard the news. The couple married in 2014 and had been together for a decade before that, meeting on the set of Mr. & Mrs. Smith.

One fan on Twitter joked how the speech turned into "a group Brangelina breakup therapy session," while another teased how "everyone is dead" after hearing her confess her feelings. Check out the video above.
