Minutes after work, work, working out on the 2016 VMAs stage at Madison Square Garden, Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj dropped their official “Side to Side” music video on Guess’s website Sunday night (August 28).

Likely inspired by Minaj’s coy “bicycle” and “tricycle” sex joke in her guest verse, the two megastars teamed up with their girlfriends for a steamy gym takeover that’ll surely make you work up a sweat. Ari starts off on a stationary bike, her signature ponytail bouncier than ever, as she dances in her seat. Then the video takes you through the rest of the gym, from the weight room to the sauna to the showers (which is apparently a happening spot in music videos these days).

These ladies are quite the athletes, don’t you think?
