To absolutely no one’s surprise, Miguel’s storied sex appeal is on full, uninhibited display on his new song “Cadillac.”

The glitzy hip-shaker appears on the star-studded soundtrack for The Get Down, Netflix’s upcoming drama about hip-hop culture in ’70s New York. Recalling the retro-disco vibe of the era with funky synths and upbeat horns, “Cadillac” is a smooth number that finds Miguel at his most seductive. “Heaven’s in the backseat of my Cadillac / Let me take you there,” he croons on the chorus. How could anyone resist the ride?

The Baz Luhrmann–directed The Get Down also boasts soundtrack contributions from Zayn, Nas, Christina Aguilera, Leon Bridges, Grandmaster Flash, and more. It premieres August 12 on Netflix, and star Jaden Smith is SO READY.
