Christy Carlson Romano has an announcement for Disney Channel fans, and no, it's not about going to the moon in 1969. She's pregnant! *throws confetti*

People reports that Romano, a Broadway star who played big sis Ren on Even Stevens, is expecting a daughter with her husband, veteran Marine and producer Brendan Rooney. To make things even more magical, she's due on Christmas!

"I am flabbergasted at the serendipity of having a baby on Christmas. It’s our favorite holiday!" Romano, 32, told the magazine. "What a gift we’ll have this year. Feeling so blessed and grateful ... and a little nauseous.”

Romano and Rooney met in 2011 while studying at Columbia University. At the time, she was interviewing him for a documentary about veterans. How cute are they? They tied the knot on New Year's Eve three years ago.

Congratulations to the happy couple! Next up: giving her a baby brother that's as crazy and lovable as Louis.
