50 Cent reportedly visited the Brooklyn rapper after the incident at a New York City venue

A shooting Wednesday night (May 25) at a T.I. concert in New York left three injured and one dead.

According to the New York Times, a 33-year-old man was killed during the incident, which occurred around 10:15 p.m. at Irving Plaza, while opening acts Uncle Murda and Maino were onstage (T.I. did not end up performing). Brooklyn rapper Troy Ave was shot in the leg, according to XXL. The site is also reporting that 50 Cent visited the Brooklyn rapper at Bellevue Hospital early Thursday, where Troy was reportedly visiting his girlfriend, who also had been shot.

T.I. has yet to comment publicly on the shooting, which reportedly occurred in the greenroom on the venue's third floor.

According to DNAinfo, police said Irving Plaza was equipped with metal detectors and that the venue followed the correct security protocol.

A video on Twitter captured the aftermath of the shooting, showing people scurrying toward the exit.

According to CBS, Chief of Manhattan South Detectives William Aubry said that police have not yet made any arrests, but they have collected ballistic evidence.
