'Lee Daniels' The Butler' Tops Tepid Box Office

There were four new releases at the box office this weekend, but only one of them co-starred media machine Oprah Winfrey, meaning "Lee Daniels' The Butler" easily cruised to the top spot on the charts with an estimated $25 million according to Film.com.

Meanwhile, the other three new releases flopped to varying degrees. "Kick-Ass 2" was a mild flop with an estimated $13.6 million, while Ashton Kutcher's "Jobs" was a major flop, bringing in just $6.7 million. And "Paranoia" turned out to be one of the biggest flops in ages, as Liam Hemsworth, Harrison Ford and Gary Oldman combined managed just $3.6 million, missing the top ten entirely and earning an epically horrible 4% Rotten Tomatoes score along the way.
