YOUR FAVORITE MTV SHOWS ARE ON PARAMOUNT+

Here's Megan Fox as April O'Neil on the 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' Set

When you watched the original "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" way back when — and we're talkin' the cartoons, not whatever was happening in '07 — did you see the redheaded reporter April O'Neil as attractive in any way?

There's a whole forum dedicated to this very issue, but for kids growing up with this generation's movie version of those turtles on the half-shell the question is kinda null because all they'll see is Megan Fox in the role.

Yep, the "Transformers" star has rekindled her love-hate relationship with Michael Bay for his live-action take on the sewer hero quartet, and as you see in this photo of her on the New York set of the film Monday, she looks pretty camera ready wielding her little mic and press pass in-costume (even if her hair is only reddish) which, wisely, is not an unflattering yellow jumpsuit.

Fox stars as journo-slash-tortoise groupie in the Jonathan Liebesman-directed pic alongside Will Arnett as her camera dude, Whoopi Goldberg as her boss, William Fichtner as Shredder and Noel Fisher (Michaelangelo), Alan Ritchson (Raphael), Jeremy Howard (Donatello) and Peter Ploszek (Leonardo) as the Renaissance-monikered foursome of giant reptiles.

Bay, whom she had a famous falling out with over some ill-chosen comments linking his set management style to Hitler, serves as a producer on the pic as he directs "Transformers 4," which features Nicola Peltz as the newest flavor of the week.

The pic, Fox's first since last year's dry rom-com "This is 40," is scheduled to hit theaters on June 6, 2014.
