TIFF is definitely for lovers now!

"Before Sunrise" and "Before Sunset" dream team Richard Linklater, Ethan Hawke and Julie Delpy have just finished revisiting the epic and as-yet-unfinished story of Celine and Jesse with a third installment, "Before Midnight," Deadline confirms. Executive producer John Sloss will take the title to the Toronto International Film Festival to present to buyers.

The film was reportedly co-written by the trio (as with "Sunset") and wrapped in Messinia, Greece just last night (eep!).

The trifecta of existential romance released a statement about production on "Midnight," saying "It's great to be back together again, this time in beautiful Greece to revisit the lives of Celine and Jesse nine years after Jesse was about to miss his flight."

Nine years is the same period of time which passed between "Sunrise" and "Sunset," so that's one clue right there.

This whole time we've been wondering: Did Jesse miss his plane? Did he leave his wife, and did she ditch the photographer boyfriend? What's become of his son? Looks like we will finally get to find out... assuming Linklater doesn't leave us hanging with another vague fade out for another nine years.
