For as long as we've known her, Kesha has had long hair. Sure, the color has varied drastically—in 2014 she dyed it every single color of the rainbow—but the length has remained consistent.

In a new photo she shared on Instagram, though, it appears she may be toying with a shorter 'do.

In a mirror selfie from a trailer that appears to be filled with boxes of tissues (peep the upper righthand corner of the photo), Kesha debuted a bob. Well, kinda—her hair is still decked out in bow clips, resulting in a chin-length hairstyle.

Though this could've been a temporary style to achieve a ~loose wave~, we like to think Kesha is embracing the new year, new you vibe and dabbling in a bob, whether real or faux.

Kesha, please take it out of that tissue-filled trailer and onto a red carpet or street—we wanna see that bad boy IRL!
