If you think about it, it makes a lot of sense for Kate Hudson and Dakota Johnson to be celebrity BFFs. They've got tons in common -- including a multi-generational Hollywood legacy to live up to.

So, no surprise that the two sometimes hang out. But heads up for cute overload: this time, they both brought their famous moms along!

Melanie Griffith (a.k.a. Dakota's mom) and Goldie Hawn (a.k.a. Kate's mom) were with their daughters in Aspen this week, where the four had a super-stylish girls' night out. And Melanie captured a great moment from the evening on her Instagram, when the younger actresses traded places to pose with each other's mothers.

"Goldie, Dakota, Kate and me having some giggles in Aspen! Mother-Daughter times are the best!!!" Melanie wrote.

Awww.

All we need now is for a very important producer to see this pic, realize the potential, and cast all four of these ladies in next year's hottest comedy, "Mom Swap."
