Lady Gaga's artRave Tour Wardrobe: Latex, Tentacles, Sequins, And More
As Little Monsters around the world are well aware, Lady Gaga kicked off her artRave tour in Fort Lauderdale last night. While she didn't preview her tour wardrobe like Katy Perry, Mother Monster always delivers when it comes to performance outfits, so we were expecting a lot and, unsurprisingly, she totally delivered. There were wigs, leotards, a few familiar outfits, and brand new ones we'd never seen before, so let's take a look. Now that you know what she's wearing, you can plan your artRave outfit accordingly.

There were multiple bejeweled leotards (a staple for any human's wardrobe, TBH), but this is the only one with a Jeff Koons-inspired reflecting ball floating in front of it. Unlike her ARTPOP album cover, where a lifelike sculpture was accessorized with nothing but the ball, on tour she's wearing a set of wings made from feathers.

One of the simpler looks is a matching crop top and pants made of black latex. She wears a green wig (which is very Katy Perry looking, IMHO) and, like, a Mardi Gras necklace made from marijuana leaves. Perhaps this is the outfit for "Mary Jane Holland?" After this outfit, Gaga strips topless ON STAGE and is assisted into the next ensemble by a fleet of stylists.

The tour name does include the word rave, so, naturally, there is a raver outfit complete with colorful dreadlocks and furry legwarmers. The shirt (IDK if you can really call it that) in this look appears to be made from colorful straps and plastic sleeves? Is a shirt really a shirt if it only has sleeves?

There's another latex outfit and this one is not nearly as simple. Simple will never be used to describe this look. It's made up of a leotard, polka dots, and, uh, tentacles. So many tentacles. She has tentacles coming out of her head, which, as far as I know, isn't a problem an octopus has to deal with.

There's a short sparkly dress/coat that she wears with a platinum bob...

...and a long, sparkly, high-low gown that she wears with her white Donatella Versace-esque wig. There is a mysterious absence of any microphone or instrument in this photo, which leads me to believe there's a part of the show where she just #WERKS the stage like a runway.

Finally (and of course!), there's her Botticelli babe outfit. The sparkly seashell bikini and wavy wig have been around since last summer—they're like our old friends at this point and we're glad they made it into the artRave.
