There you have it, Selenators! You've had your first look at Selena Gomez's brand new "Come & Get It" music video courtesy of MTV First. The nearly five minute-long clip features Selly sprawled in open pastures, wading face-deep in blue lagoons, and serving excellent face with Bollywood-inspired choreography (no bindis this time, though). While not the staggering seven-outfit "Hit The Lights" fashion parade of her The Scene era, the ensembles in this video are definite looks and 100% warrant a closer look. Let's go!
CATNAP COUTURE

Selena spends most of the video dancing on her own in the middle of a giant field of flowers and/or while gazing at herself in a row of larger-than-life-size dance studio mirrors (these are also set up in the field). It's not the semantics of these scenes that we're most interested in, though. It's the brass coin-laden bib necklace and the opulent sheer black number she's wearing in these moments. The dress itself is breathtaking with an orante sheer patterned bustier and a completely see-through floor-length skirt, revealing bodysuit hotpant bottoms and lace-up heels underneath.

Let's also take a beat to appreciate the hand chain she's working as well as her bold red lip, her solid glossy burgundy nails, and a cat-eye liner job that just does. not. quit.

On the flip side to the black gown, Sel also twirls and practices her broken-down-doll pose against a few boulders while wearing an ethereal, gauzy white maxi dress with a bit of one-shoulder cape situation. Also in contrast to the black-clad scenes, these clips are more "throwback Herbal Essences commercial" than solo dolo body rolls.
MARCO MARCO REPRISE

In the video, we get to see the OG version of the vibrant red Marco Marco dress in all its glory. In case you missed it, Selly also wore this slashed and knotted number for her 2013 Movie Awards performance of "Come & Get It", but Sel's stylist, Basia Richard, and her team added sequins and beadwork to give it some extra sparkle for the stage.

One last request for Team Selena before we go: can we get a director's cut of this video with more footage of this INCREDS gilded neck brace/collar??? WOW, does this thing look complicated in exactly every way we can get behind. But it doesn't get nearly the amount of shine it deserves. Just our two cents.
