Tina Fey And Amy Poehler Are Returning To The ‘SNL’ Stage — Together

Ryan Gosling and Chris Hemsworth will also host upcoming episodes.

“Saturday Night Live” is closing out 2015 with some serious star power — including a dose of dynamite duo Tina Fey and Amy Poehler.

The “SNL” alums are returning to Studio 8H to co-host the show’s holiday episode on Dec. 19, just one day after their comedy “Sisters” opens in theaters. If the Tracy Morgan-hosted ep a few weeks back is any indication, we can definitely expect to see some old sketches and familiar faces from their “SNL” heydays. Might we suggest a modern-day “Mom Jeans” reboot (they’re totally in now, after all)?

But before Fey and Poehler make their big “SNL” comeback, a couple of noted Hollywood hunks are slated to take the stage. Chris Hemsworth will return for his second hosting gig on Dec. 12, the day after his new flick “In The Heart Of The Sea” opens, and Ryan Gosling will make his hosting debut on Dec. 5, the weekend before “The Big Short” releases.

As if those hosting announcement weren’t enough to catapult you toward your DVR, the upcoming musical guests are also on point. Soul wunderkind Leon Bridges will join Gosling for the Dec. 5 episode, Chi-town MC Chance the Rapper joins Hemsworth on Dec. 12, and the Boss himself, Bruce Springsteen, will supply the tunes for Fey and Poehler’s Dec. 19 episode.

This season of “SNL” has already been quite stellar with buzzed-about hosts like Miley Cyrus and Donald Trump, but it looks like the best may be yet to come.
