Coral Smith set the bar for tough-as-nails chicks on MTV, but thanks to one particularly meaningful life change, she's been reduced to a puddle of goo. The "Challenge" champ and "Real World: Portland" "After Show" and "Reunion" host shared news yesterday with Perezitos that she gave birth to an adorable baby girl, Charlie Beatrice, last June, and the photos she posted of her wee one on Twitter will have you cooing well through your lunch break. JUST LOOK AT THAT FACE!

"Thanks everyone for the congrats-Charlie B really is a perfect little joy," Coral tweeted yesterday afternoon. "Pics and stories to come!! #MomPower." Almost immediately, some of her old "Challenge" pals jumped on social media to wish her the best. "Congratulations on your beautiful baby girl!!! Love the name Charlie too. Adorable," Katie Cooley wrote, while Rachel Robinson exclaimed "she's beautiful!" before making plans to catch up with her ol' pal. Can we come, too?
