Is Javi man or machine?

The family that inks together sticks together. Javi Marroquin and his wife, Kailyn Lowry of MTV's "Teen Mom 2," certainly have a lot to look forward to, with a big wedding celebration in the works and a baby on the way. But even with so much to plan for, the two still manage to find downtime to dedicate to their hobbies.

While Kail's love of body modification has been a subject of numerous Remote Control posts -- from her giant back tat, to her race to complete a half-sleeve, to her decision to have some of the old art removed -- we are only now seeing that her husband has a similar ink obsession! The papa-to-be showed off his new upper arm piece on Twitter yesterday, and the artist's handiwork apparently left him speechless. "Don't even have to say anything," he wrote.

Javi posed for a photo with Kail, too, in which they compared their tats -- hers, a grey and black spread of skulls and roses, and his, an engine. The happy couple are not sporting full sleeves yet, but we bet the new baby will provide some inspiration to get them back to the parlor in no time.
