Yesterday, Forbes magazine released their list of Hollywood's top ten most overexposed celebs (based on "appeal" ratings collected by E-Poll Market Research), with paparazzi queen Paris Hilton easily grabbing the No. 1 spot and Montag sliding in to take No. 10. "Heidi and Spencer [Pratt] have turned overexposure into an art form," In Touch Editor-in-Chief Richard Spencer told Forbes.com.
