'Harry Potter And The Cursed Child' Has Official Art

...and it looks like a Snitch might have eaten a kid.

It's definitely not a prequel, but the upcoming "Harry Potter" two-part stage play, "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child" definitely does have art. (Just being clear about what we do and do not know here.)

The play, which will be an entirely new story connected to the "Harry Potter" universe, was conceived by J.K. Rowling and an experienced team of playwrights, and is being written by Jack Thorne.

Pottermore today released a video revealing the play's official art for the first time, a little guy kind of sitting in a Snitch-nest type thing.

What do you make of it? Here's a still, in case you missed it:

We may not totally know what it is, but we do know two things.

1. J.K. Rowling loves it.

2. IT IS NOT A PREQUEL, SHEESH.

"Harry Potter and the Cursed Child" is set to hit the stage in London's West End in summer 2016.
