Less than two years after Tracy Morgan lost his close friend James McNair and suffered multiple injuries -- including traumatic brain trauma and a broken leg -- in a horrific car accident, the comedian is ready to joke about it on the "Saturday Night Live" stage. The long-running NBC show that boasted Morgan as a regular for eight seasons posted a series of promos for The Artist Formerly Known As Brian Fellow's October 17 return, and let's just say we're already crying... and maybe even a little bit pregnant:

Many of the jokes in these promos center on Morgan having memory loss from his accident, though our money would be on characters like Brian Fellow and Astronaut Jones showing up on Saturday night as well. And for what it's worth, Morgan's had a fair amount of practice over the past few weeks when it comes to getting back in the joke-telling swing, via a surprise appearance at the Emmy Awards and sets at NYC's Comedy Cellar and The Stand.
