While some of us spent our Friday night hanging with our "Golden Girls" DVDs, Katy Perry and Rihanna BFF'd it up at New York nightclub 1 Oak. The hottest girl-crush gal pals on the planet were celebrating the birthday of Walshy Fire of Major Lazer, which means that all you Katy/Diplo conspiracy theorists are no doubt LIVING right now.

We're just glad to see that the "Birthday" singer is back on with Queen Rih, because we could just NOT with that alleged tiff Katy hinted at in Elle U.K. last year. Really, really, ridiculously good-looking boyfriends come and go, but really, really, ridiculously good-looking besties are forever.

That gives us an idea for a Katyanna duet: How about a cover of the "Golden Girls" theme song, "Thank You For Being A Friend"?! Katy's Rose would be on point in the video, and -- HELLEW! -- Rihanna could TOTALLY do Blanche justice IRL.

Oh, and Rihanna's "Can't Remember To Forget You" partner, Shakira, would make such an adorbz Sophia. Katy's Goldie could even make a cameo! We volunteer as Dorothy, FYI, 'cause we already own, like, 100 tunics. Who wants to sign the petition to make this dream a reality?! JUST PICTURE IT.
