It should come as no surprise that doting cat mother Taylor Swift is probably the "mom friend" in her circle of celebrity BFFs. The "I Knew You Were Trouble" singer shared an Instagram pic of her giving "Modern Family" star Sarah Hyland some major Disappointed Face™ while the two were out on the town in New York City.

"We decided we were dressed like a strait-laced mom and her rebellious teen daughter. #YouDontUnderstandMeMom!!! #StormsOut #ComeBackHere, YoungLady! @therealsarahhyland," Taylor explained in the caption, probably because her face was SO believable.

Sarah showed off another pic from the gals' pre-swap "Freaky Friday" reenactment, captioning: "When your mom gives you 'the finger'... #donttellmewhattodo @taylorswift."

We know they're just playing, but, like, would you be that surprised if you learned that Tay totally carries a pack of wet wipes in her purse? Hello, she HOSTS BRIDAL SHOWERS! How much more mature can you get?! Taylor already takes amazing care of Meredith, so we're sure she's the one who cooks a hangover breakfast gives sound advice to her pals when they're in distress. Taylor, you can s'mother us anytime!
