In the saddest of news today, we learned that Ricky Martin and Carlos Gonzalez Abella, his partner of many years, have broken up. At least that's what we think those words say. It's hard to see through all these tears. #WEEPING

Well, if we can all take solace in anything, it's that the "Come With Me" singer is apparently doing way better with the split than we are.

In a statement to Just Jared, a spokesperson for Ricky shared: "Ricky and Carlos have mutually agreed to end their relationship but continue to be united by friendship and their shared experiences." How adult! Golf clap. Guess they don't fall into the breakup trap of calling and hanging up that we're oh so fond of.

Too bad we peasants who spend their time on this mortal coil living vicariously through our faves aren't ANYWHERE near that level of maturity!
