New Video: Never Shout Never, 'I Love You 5'

We're all aflutter over here over Never Shout Never's impending visit to MTV, his subsequent acoustic set and Buzzworthy's live, online streaming of said set, all happening Thursday. We're every type of pumped up.

And if that weren't enough to look forward to, there's a new Never Shout Never video to shout about. We might need to just sit down and have some green tea to pull ourselves together.

"I Love You 5" is from Never Shout Never's What Is Love album, which was released on January 25th. The track is typical of Drew's songwriting: incredibly memorable melody and lyrically direct.

The "I Love You 5" video features some grainy black and white cinematography of suburbia (reminds me of Kevin Smith's Clerks days, for some reason) and some comedy mustache-wearing. What initially looks like a Drew solo walk through empty streets turns into a hootenanny of the highest order, with friends coming from all directions, playing ukuleles and accordions, as the NSN frontman travels to throw rocks at his beloved's window.

Find out whether this posse-aided courting exercise works out for Drew, and be sure to be here Thursday, February 4 at 3pm ET for Never Shout Never's live chat and performance.
