This Baseball Team Gave Fetty Wap The Royal Treatment

King Fetty rules, according to this team.

Fetty Wap has many fans -- including Taylor Swift -- and on Tuesday (Aug. 11), the MC/singer met a few more when he visited Major League Baseball’s Kansas City Royals.

The team is huge on Wap. They’ve even been using the numbers 17 and 38 -- you know, as in Fetty’s crew Remy Boyz 1738 -- during interviews like this one:

It’s gotten so serious that the players are reportedly fining those who don’t make a reference to the numbers during Q&As, according to Complex.

So, today Fetty was invited to attend a game and it looks like he had a ball. Here’s a look at his Royals experience.

Fetty got to pose on the field.

He got to listen to ‘Trap Queen’ for the millionth time.

He met the team.

Fetty took some cool selfies like this one.

He even got to visit the team’s facilities.

As you can see, Fetty got to sport a Royals jersey and everything. Quite fitting for a king who made an anthem for trap queens everywhere. That’s true royalty, right?

Last year, the team gave Lorde love for her song -- duh -- "Royals." Maybe Fetty and Lorde could team up for the ultimate KC baseball anthem. That might be quite a good luck charm for this squad.
