'Suicide Squad' Just Murdered San Diego Comic-Con With First-Ever Footage

The "Suicide Squad" cast just crashed Comic-Con, and we are dead.

American audiences won't be introduced to Deadshot (Will Smith), Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie), The Joker (Jared Leto) and the rest of the "Suicide Squad" until August 5, 2016, but for a few (thousand) lucky Hall H-goers at San Diego Comic-Con, the wait just got a whole lot less torturous.

On Saturday morning (July 11), right smack in the middle of the annual Warner Bros. panel, David Ayer showed up straight from Toronto to treat Con-goers because, in his words, we "run this sh-t." He also said DC Comics has better villains that Marvel, THEN SHOWED SOME FREAKING FOOTAGE.

In the footage, we saw Amanda Waller (Viola Davis) assembling her task force of "the most dangerous people on the planet," who WERE being kept in a hole deep in the ground -- Harley Quinn, in a particular, was seen doing splits in the air, as Deadshot boxed his heart out -- until the task force came to release them. Most of the footage actually centered around Quinn having a blast, licking poles, and so on and so forth... until the end, when Leto's Joker showed up to deliver his money line:

"I'm not gonna kill ya, I'm just gonna hurt ya really, really bad."

Next the cast came out one by one -- minus Leto, who was still busy keeping his hair on fleek and nursing a broken arm in New York. Of course, the rest of them looked pretty dang amazing, though, as you can see here:
