Future Announces 'DS2' Album And The #FutureHive Goes Wild

He also dropped a new single too.

Future has been on a roll dishing out free mixtapes to fans. Since October 2014, the Atlanta hit machine has dropped three consecutive fan favorites with Monster, Beast Mode and 56 Nights, but now it is album time.

On Thursday night, Future Hendrix took to social media and announced that he will be releasing his third studio album DS2 on July 17. The LP is already available for pre-order on iTunes, Google Play and Amazon Music, while the album's new single "Blow a Bag" is streaming on Spotify. Future will tweet out the song's video on Friday (July 10) at 7:17 p.m. ET.

Though DS2 is an official Future album, it is the sequel to his codeine-inspired 2011 mixtape Dirty Sprite. In addition to the LP, Future also announced the release of a five-part documentary titled "Like I Never Left." The first installment of the film will debut on Complex.com on Monday.

Though there is no official track list available, Drake confirmed that he will be a guest on the LP this morning.

With all of news coming fast and furiously, Future's digital (and many times sarcastic) fan army, the #FutureHive immediately went to work by posting over-the-top memes in support of their leader.
