"Lip Sync Battle" is back, and everything is awesome.

Last night's tour de force featured some of the most inspired performances the show has produced thus far. Of course, with talent like Alison Brie and Will Arnett we'd expect nothing less than pure awesomeness. So what happened when Batman and Unikitty went head to head in the lip sync ring?

Arnett and his "gazelle"-like moves were no match for our queen, but he did put up a good fight. "Who Let the Dogs Out?" felt like a safe choice for Round 1, and as much as we love "The Lego Movie" (which is SO MUCH, in case you were wondering), performing "Everything Is Awesome" seemed a little, well, desperate, no? That being said, we appreciated his construction costume -- that was a nice touch.

For her part, Brie came out guns blazing. First, the "Community" actress went back to the '90s to perform Salt-N-Pepa's iconic single "Shoop." Now, THAT'S original and unexpected -- a totally one of a kind performance. Arnett, take notes.

But it was her final performance that put the nail in Arnett's coffin. Brie responded to "Everything Is Awesome" with a unique take on "Bang Bang" by Jesse J. Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj. Not only did she look like a stunner from a '30s flick -- wearing pinstripes, a trilby hat and a classic red lip -- but she also brought the heavy artillery: a machine gun. She used it to put a bullet in a poster of Arnett like a true badass.
