Maci endured a traumatic event during this week's "Teen Mom OG" episode: The young mother and her son Bentley were in a serious car accident (their vehicle flipped three times on the highway). Even though the duo -- B was in the backseat at the time -- thankfully escaped unscathed, the expecting mama can't help but get emotional when discussing the horrifying incident.

"It was like slow motion," the 23-year-old says in the "Teen Mom OG: Featured Moment" clip below, while also going into great detail about how the terrifying experience unfolded. "I think the whole thing probably lasted 15 seconds, but in my mind it was like 15 minutes."

So what kept Maci, Bentley and unborn Baby Jayde safe while the car was rolling?

"As soon as we started flipping, I could just feel my seat belt glue me to my seat,” M recounts. "I remember just thinking, 'Oh my god, my seat belt's saving my life right now.’”

But Maci understandably gets choked up when she recalls checking on her six-year-old boy when the car eventually stopped moving and they were upside-down on the road.

"Please just let him be back there," she remembers thinking. "Please just let him be okay."
