Through the years, Farrah hasn't been shy about her desire to find The One and settle down with her perfect match. While the 23-year-old's road to being with her Prince Charming wasn't always easy, Sophia's mother is now in a loving relationship with her boyfriend Simon -- and on this week's "Teen Mom OG" episode, a giddy F couldn't help but gush, to her pal Paola and her little girl, about the couple's cute and flourishing bond.

"My resolution out of therapy was be single for a year, focus on work, focus on my daughter -- and I was truly the happiest," the MTV cast member reveals in the "Teen Mom OG: Featured Moment" below. "And maybe because I was so happy, it attracted the right person to me."

"I met someone who I wanted to allow in my life more, and it's starting off and progressing. And who knows where it will lead?" she adds.
