'I like my chances,' says Stark.

Robert Downey Jr. is a man of his word.

After donors rushed and contributed more than $2 million in a charity raffle hosted by Omaze for Julia’s House, the Dorsett and Wiltshire Children’s Hospice, Mr. Tony Stark released a new TV spot for "Avengers: Age of Ultron."

“Much to my Omazement, our campaign for Julia's House raised a resounding $2,048,070!,” he wrote on Facebook. “Winners will be chosen (and privately notified ) TODAY....I'm very grateful....Oh, and for ALL DONORS; keep an eye on your INBOX...a clip was promised, and shall be delivered.”

In the new clip, Ultron continues to make apocalyptic threats to Nick Fury, Thor, Scarlet Witch, Hawkeye, Hulk, Captain America and Iron Man.

“Today, the world ends,” says the very confident robot of destruction. “When the dust settles, the only thing living will be me.”

As people scramble for their lives, Marvel’s greatest heroes reassemble to take him down.

“Here we all are with nothing but our wit and our will to save the world,” says Samuel Jackson’s Fury.

“I like my chances,” says Stark.

“Avengers: Age of Ultron” hits theaters on May 1.
