That's right, 17-year-old Kylie Jenner has purchased a house of her own (and a $2.7 million dollar mansion at that). While that news might have been hard to process before, there's now photographic proof that Kylie is making her first-time homebuyer experience a reality.

Yesterday, Kylie took to Instagram to post the first picture of herself in her new house, located in Calabasas, a suburb of Los Angeles.

We can't see much for right now, but the space appears to be sleek and rustic with white walls, a large fireplace, and massive chandeliers.

"So much work to still be done! IM SO EXCITED," Kylie wrote about the bare bones space in which she poses next to a Casper mattress. We'll keep you posted on the transformation of Kylie's space (and rein in our envy, too).
