Here Are Two New Rihanna Songs To Obsess Over While We Wait For Her Album

New tracks from Rih off of the 'Home' soundtrack.

For those of you out there who've been waiting on Rihanna’s new album for what feels like an eternity (that's all of you, right?), on Thursday (Mar. 19), we got the next best thing: Two brand new tracks from Rih off of the "Home" soundtrack.

Earlier this month, we got a preview of "Dancing In The Dark" in a clip from the upcoming movie, for which RiRi lends her voice -- but now we've got the whole thing. The island-inspired jam is catchy and probably destined to be a hit.

And then there's "As Real As You And Me," a somber, piano-driven ballad, where Rih shows off some impressive vocals.

If these songs have only made you more eager to hear the new album, well, that makes sense. It's definitely on the way (though we don't know exactly when), and it may have a bit of a different sound than we're accustomed to.

“I’ve made a lot of songs that are really, really big songs,” she told MTV News about her new album this week. “From the jump, they just blow up. And I wanted to kind of get back to -- not that they weren’t real music, but I just wanted to focus on things that felt real, that felt soulful, that felt forever.”

“I wanted songs that I could perform in 15 years; I wanted an album that I could perform in 15 years. Not any songs that were burnt out. I find that when I get on stage now, I don’t want to perform a lot of my songs. They don’t feel like me. So I want to make songs that are timeless.”

The soundtrack drops on Mar. 24, while the movie hits theaters Mar. 27.
