Abandoning the menswear vibe she's been into this season, Emma switched things up in an exceedingly glamorous, very embellished Elie Saab gown that's sheer and sequined and slit up to there. (There being really, really far up. Like, hopefully-she-has-someone-there-to-help-her-sit-down far up.)

She wore matching chartreuse peep-toe pumps, and finished it all off with a pop of coral lipstick—all the better to bring out her flawless ginger hair, which she smartly styled in a retro pulled-to-the-side updo. Because no one's smarter than Emma Stone. Or better-dressed. Or cooler. Or...we'll stop there.

We're sure her mom approved, too.
