Mila Kunis gave birth to a human child on October 1, but you'd never know it based on these oh-so-glamorous photos from her first post-baby carpet on Monday (February 2). Kunis hit the town to promote her new movie "Jupiter Ascending," in which she plays an earthling with the genetic structure of alien royalty, so maybe that's the key to her other-worldly beauty success?

Either way, no one was complaining as Kunis posed for pics in her black Dolce and Gabbana gown, complete with a corset bodice that showed off her tiny waist. She left baby daddy Ashton Kutcher at home to take care of Wyatt, but her "Ascending" costar Channing Tatum (and Oscar nominee Eddie Redmayne) made for some hot replacements.
