After six years together, Mandy Moore and Ryan Adams are breaking up. The couple got married in a surprise wedding back in March of 2009, but they have now amicably decided to end their relationship.

"Mandy Moore and Ryan Adams have mutually decided to end their marriage of almost 6 years," the couple said in a statement to Us Weekly. "It is a respectful, amicable parting of ways and both Mandy and Ryan are asking for media to respect their privacy at this time."

After their marriage, the musical couple collaborated on several songs together, including 2011's "Empty Rooms."
