Everything IS Awesome For Best Song Oscar Nominees

Rita Ora and Adam Levine are also on the list.

After getting snubbed at the Golden Globes on Sunday, the mega-super-great theme from "The Lego Movie," "Everything is Awesome," made the cut on Thursday morning (Jan. 15) as a nominee for Best Original Song at the 87th Academy Awards.

Also competing in the category at the Feb. 22 Oscars is the Globe winner, John Legend and Common's "Glory" from "Selma."

Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine is now and forever an Oscar nominee thanks to a nod for "Lost Stars," a song he performed in the movie "Begin Again," which was co-written by reclusive former New Radicals singer Gregg Alexander.

Rita Ora notched her first-ever Oscar nomination for the Diane Warren-penned "Grateful" from "Beyond the Lights," while "I'm Not Gonna Miss You" from the documentary "Glen Campbell: I'll Be Me" also made the list.
