Madonna's reign as the Queen of Pop crosses generations ... just ask Ariana Grande!

After unmastered demos from her latest album, Rebel Heart, dropped online, Madonna offered six album cuts to curb downloads and please fans. And it seems one of the fans was Ariana Grande, who tweeted "thank u santa" in gratitude.

Ariana's tweet didn't go unnoticed though as Madonna, in her normal cheeky attitude, offered an amazing response.

Madonna's reply shouldn't be too much of a surprise. She's known to reach out to younger artists. Who could forget her iconic VMA performance and kiss with Britney Spears? And her most recent albums featured collaborations with M.I.A., Justin Timberlake, and Timbaland, among others. New Rebel Heart tracks seem to be leading in that same direction, with another cut featuring Nicki Minaj.

Still, the response left Ariana (and us, too) floored.
