Drake loves the University of Kentucky Men’s Basketball Team and, as it turns out, they love him, too.

Drake has been especially vocal about his affection and respect for head coach John Calipari, and as it turns out, Calipari loves him right back, so much so that he gave him the biggest compliment as an artist.

“I’m like, this guy, if he makes it, I wanna see if he’ll change,” Calipari told the Seth Davis Show. “Grounded, the same guy, kind heart and then you find out like ‘Wow’, Michael Jackson talented, like megastar...has not changed.”

Drizzy airballed a three-point shot attempt during Kentucky’s Big Blue Madness pre-season scrimmage last month, but that didn’t bother his BFF.

“It started pretty early when he was just coming on to his own,” Calipari said when a fan asked how his brotherhood with the “Draft Day” rapper started. “I’ll tell ya, I loved him as a person.”
