The "Adore" singer went all natural, all the way on Thursday (September 11), stripping way down for her latest 'gram -- so much so that she censored her own pic with a big red heart.

After a successful showing of her new collabo accessories line with Jeremy Scott, Miley deserves a vacay, and apparently that's exactly what she's getting. We just hope Jeremy hooked the girl up with a Dirty Hippie bikini.
