Thundercat is a weird dude, that much we know. The sometime sideman for everyone from Erykah Badu to Flying Lotus and punk thrashers Suicidal Tendencies knows his way around a six-string electric bass. Hell, his Twitter followers call him "Bass God."

On songs like the deeply funktastic "Oh Sheit It's X" from his 2013 album Apocalypse, he sounds like a mix between Prince and Daft Punk. But in the truly WTF video for new single "Tron Song," we were too distracted by the NSFW visuals to really concentrate on the delightfully glitchy funk song.
