Just ask Nicole Polizzi and Jenni Farley: Wearing modern day attire, while having a cup of English breakfast tea and a petite cucumber sandwich, simply wouldn't be as special as enjoying the timeless afternoon tradition in Victorian-style garb.

The "Snooki & JWOWW" stars looked like they stepped straight out of the literary classic "Jane Eyre" when they made a special trip to a tea house in New Jersey on Monday. Both ladies were coordinated in frilly 19th century-style gowns (pale pink for JWOWW and ivory with purple flower detailing for Snooki), antique cameo brooches, lace gloves and wide hats. Despite the hot summer temperatures, they managed to stay cool thanks to a pair of parasols.

If it weren't for their designer handbags and Nicole's shades, we'd think we were looking at the Bronte sisters.

Nicole and Jenni left their little ones at home, but it won't be long before Lorenzo and Meilani -- plus Snooki's soon-to-debut baby girl -- will be enjoying fun-filled play dates just like their mamas. But it will definitely be years until the kiddies can sit around a table for the typically light, and very proper, meal.
