Here's your highlights of the night in GIFs!

The iHeartRadio Music Awards were a night to honor not only the fans, but the golden city of Los Angeles. Creative awards pit the strongest fanbases against one another, with categories like the Best Fan Army and Best Instagram awards. The evenings performances kept centered around the city of angels, with tributes by Kendrick Lamar and 30 Seconds To Mars.

Here are the highlights... in GIFs, of course.

1. Pitbull sailed into the show, opening the night with his “Wild, Wild Love” love and crew of sexy shipmates.

2. Selena Gomez was introduced as “a singer, actress and whatever else she wants to be” before she took the stage to present. Look at that sass!

9. Usher honored Michael Jackson by flawlessly whipping out the legend's signature dance moves during a performance of a never-before-heard MJ track.

11. Kendrick Lamar kept with the So Cal theme of the night, covering Tupac’s classic “California Love” onstage.

12. Austin Mahone’s habitual selfie-posting finally paid off when he took home the Best Instagram award.

13. 30 Seconds to Mars' Jared Leto performed a heartfelt tribute to the “City of Angels.”

14. Diddy preached the power of music in true Diddy fashion.

15. Rihanna kept up her winning streak, taking home a top honor, Song of the Year, for her Mikky Ekko collab “Stay.” That’s three awards and counting!

16. Pharrell was honored as music God, achieving the Innovator Award and performing a medley of hit top hits.

17. Rih Rih remained a star of the night, taking home the top award for Artist of the Year. That's a total of four wins! The Navy really pulled through.
