Jermaine Dupri lords over So So Def Presents: Definition of a Remix this week and Nas brings From Illmatic to Stillmatic: The Remixes, while Jessica Simpson and Cypress Hill deliver EPs that (surprise!) incorporate the phrase "This Is the Remix," last used as a title by labelmates Destiny's Child.
Funkmaster Flex releases the fifth volume of his 60 Minutes of Funk series, Oasis bring their Heathen Chemistry to the States and fans can partake of Green Day's Shenanigans and a collection of Aerosmith's best songs, O, Yeah! Ultimate Aerosmith Hits.
There'll also be some Fourth of July anthems besides "The Star-Spangled Banner" available this year courtesy of two new movie soundtracks. "Like Mike" features songs by Bow Wow (of course) plus B2K, Amerie and Mario. And on "Men in Black 2," there's a doggone good rendition of Gloria Gaynor's disco classic "I Will Survive" performed by Frank the Pug.
