Ricky Martin Lives "La Vida Loca" (Again) On VMA Stage

Apparently, Ricky Martin enjoys being surrounded by females showing lots of flesh.

A few months after being pictured on the cover of "Rolling Stone" magazine in a swimming pool surrounded by naked women, the Latin singer performed at the VMAs accompanied by a gaggle of jaw-dropping ladies dressed in, um, glitter.

After being introduced by host Chris Rock as "the Puerto Rican Al B. Sure!," the barefooted Martin began melting hearts with his new ballad, "She's All I Ever Had."

Keeping in line with the evening's apparent rule about not playing a song in its entirety, Martin then kicked into his bigger smash, "Livin' La Vida Loca," to the joy of the members of the audience itching to get loca themselves.

In his opening monologue, Chris Rock joked that Martin's massive hit has been getting quite a lot of mileage for the singer; when the performance finished up, the host cracked, "Can't get enough of 'La Vida Loca!'" He then joked that, like fellow well-shaped Latin sensation Jennifer Lopez, Martin "needs to thank his ass." Many fans, no doubt, agree.
