March 6 [17:45 EST] -- Marilyn Manson is involved in some sort of project right now with the very busy Billy Corgan of Smashing Pumpkins, who is also producing a track for the next "Batman" movie, and producing half of an album for Ric Ocasek of the Cars, and laying the groundwork for two new Pumpkins albums.

No details from Manson's or Corgan's camps on their joint project, but they did sit together at the premiere screening of Howard Stern¹s "Private Parts" movie.

On another Manson note: as we've reported, a group called "Oklahomans for Families And Children" protested the recent Manson concert in Oklahoma City, but the show went off anyway without incident.

That has led city councilman Jerry Fushee to propose that Oklahoma City institute a ratings system for concerts.

Fushee's the same councilman who suggested that Manson could be arrested for singing certain lyrics onstage; of course that did not happen when the band played Oklahoma City.
