Tommy Lee and his Methods Of Mayhem got some help from Lil' Kim Wednesday night as the band wrapped up its current U.S. tour.
Lee and Methods played their tour closer at New York's Irving Plaza on Wednesday and brought the rapper onstage early in the set to help out on the single "Get Naked."
Sporting blue hair and matching tight shorts, Kim worked through the vocals that she contributed to "Get Naked," which also features Limp Bizkit's Fred Durst. Kim, Lee, and bandmember TiLo traded lines, but to everyone's surprise, none of them actually got naked.
As for the rest of the Methods set, Lee refrained from dipping into his Mötley Crüe past, preferring to offer up only material from Methods Of Mayhem's recently released debut album. Lee assumed the role of frontman, playing guitar and singing for the bulk of the set, returning to his familiar perch behind the drum kit for only a short period.
Methods Of Mayhem will next hit the stage in Germany
for two festival shows in June before hitting the road with Ozzfest 2000 on July 2 in Florida.
