Even though he had snagged the title first for a track on his "Mechanical Animals" album, Marilyn Manson recently saw the "Rock Is Dead" moniker snagged by Korn and Rob Zombie. That doesn't mean that Manson hasn't stopped contemplating the supposed demise of rock and roll.
