Toni Braxton's 'Spanish Guitar' Takes Over Top Club Spot

R&B singer knocks Deborah Cox from #1; Kristine W jumps into top 10.

Toni Braxton tops Billboard's Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart this week with her latest hit, "Spanish Guitar."

The single, which has only been released to clubs, edges out Ultra Nate's "Desire," at #2, and Wink's "How's Your Evening So Far?," which samples the Lil' Louis hit "French Kiss" and holds at #3 for the second consecutive week.

Georgie Porgie remains at #4 with "Life Goes On," while "Movin' Up," by DJ Mike Cruz Presents Inaya Day and Chino, climbs four positions to #5.

Veteran club singer Kristine W's "Stronger," which debuted at #8 on the Maxi-Singles Sales chart last week, moves into the top 10 of the Club Play chart at #6. The single includes remixes by Junior Vasquez and Johnny Vicious, along with a Thunderpuss remix of her past hit "Clubland."

Deborah Cox's "I Never Knew" (RealAudio excerpt), last week's #1, falls to #7. The single includes a remix by Hani.

Rounding out the Club Play top 10 are Lucrezia's "Lookin' 4 Love" at #8, Fragma's "Toca's Miracle" at #9 and Mount Rushmore Presents Celeste's "This Is Your Life" at #10.

On the Billboard Maxi-Singles Sales chart this week, "Let's Get Married" (RealAudio excerpt), by Jagged Edge, remains at #1 for the second week.

The single by the Atlanta quartet, which is part of Jermaine Dupri's So So Def camp, includes a remix by the Metro team.

Other dance entries include Lara Fabian's "I Will Love Again" (RealAudio excerpt) at #4, Madison Avenue's "Don't Call Me Baby" at #5 and Zombie Nation's "Kernkraft 400" at #6.
